Requesting Clarification on a File Submitted by a Client

If a client submits a file to you via Portal or Share Safe, you can request additional information from the client before adding the file to Document.

To request clarification on a file, do the following:

  1. On the Incoming files tab, right-click the file that you want to request clarification on.
  2. Enter the recipient's email address in the To box if it does not already display there.
  3. Note: If needed, you can use the Cc and Bcc boxes to copy or blind copy other recipients.

  4. Enter the subject of the email in the Subject box.
  5. Enter the body of the message in the Body box.
  6. Click Send.
